SMS & voice credits

SMS and voice alerts use prepaid credits. One credit is one SMS; voice calls use more depending on the destination. Credits never expire and can refill automatically.

Credit packs are available from the Billing page after you sign in.

Frequently asked questions

Is there really a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan is free forever and does not need a credit card.

Can I change plans later?

Any time from the Billing page. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply at the end of the billing period.

What happens if I go over my plan limits?

Existing monitors keep running. You just can't add more until you upgrade or remove some.

Which payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards through our payment provider. Invoices are available in your account.

How do SMS credits work?

Each SMS alert uses one credit. Buy packs whenever you need them or turn on auto-refill so you never run out.
