Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from the operator of isituprightnow for isituprightnow subscriptions and SMS / voice credits.

1. Free plan and trials

The Free plan costs nothing. If a paid plan includes a trial, you are not charged until the trial ends and you can cancel before then.

2. Subscriptions

• You can cancel at any time from Billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period and does not renew.
• New subscriptions can be refunded in full within 14 days of the first payment if you contact us.
• Yearly renewals can be refunded within 14 days of the renewal date if the Service was not substantially used after renewal.
• Partial months or unused time after the refund window are not refunded, except where required by law.

3. SMS and voice credits

Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Credits that have been used are not refundable.

4. Service problems

If a significant outage of isituprightnow itself affected you, contact us and we will consider a pro-rata credit or refund.

5. Consumers in the EU / UK

If you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to withdraw within 14 days. By starting to use the Service during that period you request immediate performance and acknowledge that, if you withdraw, you pay for the part of the Service provided until then, and that you lose the right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully provided.

6. How to request a refund

Contact us through the contact form from the account owner's e-mail address, with your invoice number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
